	COMPANY EXPANSION PLANS-
	High demand and increased production has led to us acquiring additional buildings adjacent to the current factory, our development department has now expanded into this new area... Additionally, we are building a new extension to the side of our existing factory, which will be used as a storage holding area.
	RECIPE FOR A PERFECT NIGHT'S SLEEP
	Celebrity chef, Antony Worrell Thompson, visited our stand during the BBC Good Homes Show at the NEC in Birmingham recently, trying out Perfect Preference, the new award winning variable firmness bed. “Although the bed was presented to the trade in January, winning best bed award at the furniture show, this was the first time it had gone on display to the public. This enabled us to gauge their opinion before the bed appears in key furniture stores up and down the country” explained Somnus Chairman, Peter Spinks. “It was very well received and we found that many customers were very impressed in the fact that the tension on each side of the mattress could be set independently, allowing each partner to choose what suited them without compromise.” This world first bed, containing another award winner from Somnus: the Revolution pocket spring, can adjust to any firmness at the touch of a button. At first, this dual tension control bed is the softest you will ever lay on. Press the button and feel your chosen side becoming firmer. Keep pressing and the bed will eventually become ultra firm. Following his 20-minute ‘snooze’, Antony was happy to pose for photographs with members of the public.
